Procedure 1. Cut off bottom part of cilantro stem and discard. Put cilantro in large bowl and fill with water. Pick cilantro out of bowl so dirt falls to the bottom and pull off leaves and chop.
2. Slice around the avocado length wise along the pit. Pull the two halves apart and scoop out the insides.
3. Mash with a potato masher and add the remaining ingredients including juice from lime.
4. Adjust salt pepper and cumin to taste.
